Policies:

Merchandise Return Policy

We do accept returns on products and merchandise here at GoGlamorous. The product must be unopened/unused and you must provide us with the receipt given to you on the date of purchase.  You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your product.

Late Policy

We understand everyone runs a little late sometimes and this is why we try our best to accommodate late guests. Unfortunately, if you are more than 15 minutes late for you appointment we cannot guarantee that we will be able to preform your service at that time. For the courtesy of all of our guests we try to keep our stylists on time for each appointment scheduled. If we are unable to adjust your appointment to our schedule for the day we will be happy to reschedule you for a future date.

Cancellation Policy

Things come up, people have to cancel. We totally get it! Although, for the consideration of our stylists’ time, we do require a 24 hour notice on any cancellations. Failure to do so will result in 50% of the service being charged to your card you gave us when booking. During peak dates (i.e. prom, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve) we charge 100% of the service for no shows or late cancels.

Color Satisfaction Policy

All of our stylists consult thoroughly with each client before the start of their requested service. However, if you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your color we offer a complimentary color redo within 10 days of the original service date, with the same service provider. It’s our goal for each guests to be satisfied with the outcome of their hair.

Service Refund Policy

We are a service business. We are unable to refund any money that was spent on a service at our salon.


Programs:

Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program is awesome! No checking in every visit, no keeping up with a card, it’s simple… We keep up with your loyalty points for you! Loyalty points turn into $$$. Here is a break down of how you can earn loyalty points:

  • for every $5 spent on services you earn 1 point
  • for every $10 spent on products you earn 1 point
  • you earn 50 points on your birthday
  • earn 50 points for every referral
